1897年11月27日西式小龍封自韓國仁川寄上海，貼小龍1分銀及5分銀各一枚，銷罕見的II型仁川海關日戳，背面有煙臺大圓中轉戳和上海書信舘到達戳。 1897年11月沿用海關銀為單位的小龍票為極晚使用例，此封也是II型仁川海關日戳小龍封最晚使用例。水原明窗《華郵集錦》第2部第7冊第246頁實物。
